By utilising the built-in modem in your GSP1600 handset combined with a GSP1600 data cable(3) users can make outgoing data calls over the GlobalstarTM Satellite network at data speeds up to 9.6kbps (uncompressed), or at an effective data rate up to 38.4kbps(2) when used with the Globalstar Data everywhere® accelerator client provided by dialing 0420 10 10 10.
